Andrew is a Central Illinois native. He received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2012 and his J.D. from Notre Dame Law School in May 2015. Andrew’s previous professional experience includes having worked for state judges, private practice attorneys, and the fourth-ranking member of the U.S. Congress.
