Dian "Dee" Rubanoff is an equity partner with Williams Zografos & Peck, exclusively representing employers in labor and employment matters. Dee grew up in Southern California and fell in love with Oregon while visiting family. Dee was hired by a Portland law firm before graduating from law school. Prior to joining Williams Zografos & Peck in 2001, Dee practiced litigation and appellate law. In her spare time, Dee enjoys volunteering for non-profits, including Dress for Success, and spending time with her family.

William T. McAdams, better known as Bill, is a former prosecutor who now manages McAdams Law Office, a successful criminal defense practice.

A native of Colorado, Bill grew up in Denver and Boulder. In 1994, he attended college at Baylor University in Waco, Texas where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Political Science and History. He then attended Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa, earning his Juris Doctorate law degree in 1999.

William B. “Bill” Gammon was born in Virginia and moved to Texas as a young child when his father went to work for NASA. He attended High School in Clear Lake, Houston and then came to Austin during the 1960’s to complete his under graduate degree at The University of Texas. He ran several successful small businesses both in Austin and in Houston before deciding to attend Law School. He attended UT Law School in Austin and holds the record there for the fastest graduating student. He completed Law School in just twenty two months.
