A founding partner and co-owner of Siegfried & Jensen since 1990, I earned a B.A. in history from the University of Utah in 1980 and a J.D. from Brigham Young University in 1983. I have been a proud member of the Utah State Bar since 1983 and have practiced law in Utah my entire career.

I practiced law as a sole practitioner from 1983 through 1990 when I formed Siegfried & Jensen with Mitch Jensen. Just the two of us grew the firm to over 70 employees, including 18 attorneys.

Attorney Katherine Siegfried has over ten years of experience representing individuals with disabilities in administrative hearings and appeals. She has worked with clients on initial applications for disability benefits through federal court appeals.

Ms. Siegfried also handles special education appeals throughout the Bay Area for children of all ages and types of disabilities.

She personally oversees each case, and works closely with clients to ensure that they gain a better understanding of the appeal process and of the merits of their case.
