I am married to Lori Dawn (Irick) Earl since Dec 1991. We have 5 children, 4 girls and 1 son. I have been a practicing attorney here in Moses Lake, Grant County since July 1992.
All I do is criminal defense.

Steven Earl has represented disabled individuals since 2009. He has experience at all stages of the Social Security Disability process from applications through hearings and appeals to the Appeals Council and Federal Court. He has appeared at thousands of hearings before administrative law judges and helped many clients obtain benefits.

I represented the District of Columbia government for 37 years as both a trial and appellate litigator, with a special expertise in government contract litigation and administrative law cases. Having now retired from government service, I sometimes take on legal research and writing matters.
