Bill is a Southern Illinois native. He and his wife live in the Carbondale area with their five children. He attended Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville and graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. He later earned Masters’ degrees in Special Education and Counseling Psychology, from McKendree University. He in Special Education classrooms in public and private schools.

Jonathan was born and raised in Idaho. He earned his juris doctor from the University of Idaho College of Law and then completed a judicial clerkship in Honolulu, Hawaii.
