Mr. Finch is a Martindale-Hubbel AV peer-rated attorney. His practice is accredited by the Better Business Bureau. Mr. Finch is the attorney who represented the women whose litigation, in the early 1980's, resulted in court orders requiring the Philadelphia Police Department to permit female officers perform sector patrol duties and progress through the ranks on the same basis as male officers. I assist families during the difficult times following the loss of a loved one, helping with all aspects of probate, estate and trust administration, and tax issues. From 2003 to 2008, I served as one of the public administrators in Wake County. During that period, I regularly took on roles such as the Administrator of a decedent’s estate or as the Guardian of the Estate for an incompetent individual. I’m a North Carolina native and a graduate of the CUNY Law School class of 2017. Prior to law school, I worked at an international reproductive rights and health organization and founded a local nonprofit to help people in North Carolina access medical care.

My legal interests include remedying the collateral consequences of having a criminal record and ensuring civil rights. Outside of the legal profession, I enjoy playing roller derby and trying new foods in the Triangle area.
