Frank Finch

Mr. Finch is a Martindale-Hubbel AV peer-rated attorney. His practice is accredited by the Better Business Bureau. Mr. Finch is the attorney who represented the women whose litigation, in the early 1980's, resulted in court orders requiring the Philadelphia Police Department to permit female officers perform sector patrol duties and progress through the ranks on the same basis as male officers.
