My commitment for over 50 years has been to concentrate on business law as lawyer, educator, author, scholar. Major commitments were teaching business law/tax at Columbia Business School, with visiting stints at Stanford and Harvard Business Schools. A substantial commitment was counsel to Delson & Gordon, NYC law firm. My main commitment currently is to complete written works in progress. I have not been seeking/accepting new business, nor have I sought to teach any courses. My current focus/product is legal publications (articles, chapters, books, posts).

David I. Schoen has dedicated his working life to helping those who have been injured or have become ill. David attended high school at Poly Prep, located in Brooklyn. Upon graduating college at SUNY Albany, David was proud to attend Brooklyn Law School. During law school, David worked as a law clerk at a well-known personal injury law firm, Queller & Fisher. After graduating law school, David worked at two law firms that specialized in personal injury and bankruptcy matters. In 1997, David established his law firm, David I. Pankin, P.C.
