David Allen is an associate in the GrayRobinson Miami office. Ms. Arnold graduated with her Juris Doctor in 2008 from Thomas M. Cooley Law School and holds a Bachelor of Science in Urban Planning from Michigan State University. Prior to starting her own practice Ms. Arnold was an Associate Attorney at a boutique elder law firm, and also worked for several years in legal aid. In her current practice Ms. Arnold focuses in the areas of elder law, probate, and estate planning. She also regular presents and speaks on these issues.

Hawk Allen is a graduate of the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. Hawk worked in civil litigation before getting into criminal defense. Hawk currently works for The Office of the Shelby County Public Defender as a DRU (Direct Representation Unit) attorney. DRU attorneys handle all classifications of misdemeanor and felony cases and directly represent indigent clients in cases beginning in General Sessions and continue with clients through grand jury indictment and jury trial.

My practice has spanned more than 35 years, representing both individuals and large institutional clients, in both litigation and transactional matters, with an emphasis on real estate and business related matters. I actively practice law in both Arizona and California. Additionally, I am an Arizona licensed real estate broker.

Prior to joining Jaburg Wilk in 2007, I founded and managed his own law firm in Beverly Hills, California, and later served as in-house counsel for a multi-faceted real estate company located in Scottsdale, Arizona.
