Ms. McCann earned her B.A. degree in psychology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County in 1979. With experience as both a construction project manager (superintendent) and as an analyst at a boutique real estate investment firm, Kelly brings a practical and resourceful mindset to his legal practice. ?
