Andrea Bos studied law at the University of Texas at Austin. While in law school she studied abroad at Universidad Panamericana and interned in the international affairs office of the state-owned oil company in Mexico City, represented the University at mock trial competitions, and volunteered with non-profits as a legislative advocate. She practiced law in Austin, Texas focusing her practice on Insurance Receivership prior to moving to South Florida.
