Since 1986, my practice has focused primarily on commercial real estate matters, including negotiation and preparation of leases, options, purchase and sale agreements, loan agreements, opinions, easements, and other real estate agreements. I have prepared REAs and covenants for commercial and residential developments and master documents for leasing and sale transactions. I represent homeowners associations located throughout Eastern Washington providing advice on governance, enforcement and collection matters.
