Craig R Arndt

Mr. Arndt concentrates on international commercial transactions of all types as well as international arbitration. His work has encompassed Asia, Europe, and the Middle East for over thirty-five years, including representation of major U.S. and foreign clients in a variety of international licensing, procurement and financing transactions, corporate acquisitions, joint ventures, and negotiation of numerous real estate transactions on behalf of corporate clients in the United States and in Southeast Asia. His clients have included companies engaged in manufacturing, construction, aviation, banking and finance, and the hotel and restaurant businesses. Significant recent cases in which he served as counsel or co-counsel include consolidated ICC arbitrations against a foreign contractor on behalf of an entity of the Thai Government, defense of contractor claims against a Thai petroleum company, defense of license agreement termination claims against a Thai beverage producer, Thai Arbitration Institute proceedings and well as providing Thai law related support for law firms engaged in investment treaty and joint venture dissolution arbitrations.
