Vincent Richard Milione II

I am Vincent R. Milione II, a dedicated plaintiff personal injury trial lawyer with a solid foundation in civil tort and municipal law. I was born and raised in Central Florida, where I completed my Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies at the University of Central Florida. I then pursued my legal education at Barry University, Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, where I graduated at the top of my class. During my time in law school, I received numerous book awards, served as a Dean’s Study Fellow, and held the position of Managing Editor of the Law Review. My Law Review article on student loans and bankruptcy was selected for publication during my 2L year.

My legal career began at a well-known civil defense firm, representing several Fortune 100 companies and various local municipal and sovereign entities. After nearly four years in defense litigation, I shifted to public service, taking on the role of Assistant City Attorney for the City of Key West. Currently, as I complete my LL.M. in Trial Advocacy at Stetson University School of Law, I have returned to Central Florida to focus solely on representing those who have been injured. I now work as a personal injury attorney at Dennis Hernandez Injury Attorneys. Here, I am committed to helping accident victims secure the compensation they deserve. With a comprehensive understanding of both sides of litigation, I use my diverse legal background to advocate for the rights of the injured and ensure they receive the justice they deserve.
