In the area of family law, I have experience representing clients in divorce, custody, child and spousal support matters, domestic violence matters, guardianships, and power of attorney abuses. In the area of workers’ compensation, I represent claimants throughout various stages of workers compensation litigation from the initial claim petition, to hearings, penalty petitions, and compromise and release hearings. I have successfully argued complex workers’ compensation matters before both Workers’ Compensation Judges and the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board. My practice in personal injury and general civil litigation matters includes representing victims of automobile accidents, slip/trip and falls, medical malpractice, consumer protection law, common law fraud, and contract dispute matters. I have also negotiated favorable settlements for clients in the areas of land use/zoning law and real estate tax appeals. I represent Social Security Disability claimants in their appeals to an Administrative Law Judge.
