Todd is very smart, very dedicated, very thorough, and uses TLC techniques to insure he and his client, and witnesses are well prepared.

When you work with Todd it is clear he knows his stuff. He knows the law, and the facts of his case very well.

Legal Analysis: Excellent

We have worked several cases together, and worked up cases together. He does a great job sorting through the sand to find the gold coin.

He just has to personality to be a great trial attorney. Full package, from the way he carries himself to the way he communicates with the jury.

Yes

Mr. Kelly is able to successfully advocate for his clients by approaching their case through an expansive set of tools. Having received training in JAG, The Trial Lawyers College, and many others, his approach to juries includes a comprehensive review of what the client has and is experiencing and then being able to relay that to the jurors in a relatable manner. His successes at trial have let him be able to successfully negotiate a large number of cases without necessitating a trial, as well.

Being board certified is a good qualifier, but the amount of persons referring cases to him is what stands out here. He is known as being a go-to attorney for his main areas of practice, with numerous referrals coming to him acknowledging that if he is not able to assist, the referrer doesn't know if anyone will be able to.

Legal Analysis: Excellent

Having practiced for over 20 years, his ability to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of a case quickly is strong. As is his ability to view a case from a 3,000 foot view, and look at what strategy needs to be taken, modified, etc.

Communication Skills: Excellent

Stemming from, in part, his training at the Trial Lawyer's College, he is able to relate to the jury the damages and injuries sustained by a client in a very connective manner. This can be from a mixture of both tapping into their emotions and letting the client relive the moment of injury. He is also very efficient at speaking and explaining how our process works with clients.

This one is as consistent as possible. The standards for this one are high and have never waivered. Those standards come from Todd.

Not only is Todd a knowledgeable attorney he is also very compassionate and cares for his clients and their families.

It is one thing to have a lawyer who understands the law this is always good for the client. What Todd possesses is the caring and compassion for the client that I don't see in many lawyers. A jury and court can see his caring and that will win the day.

In matters that I have worked with Todd there have been a few with difficult liability issues. Todd was able to understand the nuances of the law to prevail in summary judgment motions.
