A True Advocate for Justice: Todd Kelly's Unwavering Dedication to His Clients I had the privilege of working with Todd Kelly during my high-profile case, which was tried in June 2011. From the outset, Todd demonstrated exceptional dedication, empathy, and a thorough understanding of the law. He tirelessly represented my interests, and his unwavering support and belief in my case were evident. His expertise was further validated by favorable findings from both the EEOC and a Federal Workers’ Compensation judge. Todd is not only a skilled attorney but a true hero who fights passionately for victims' rights. He always made me feel safe and secure throughout the entire process. His book, "Worth Dying For," beautifully captures his heart and dedication to my case and others. I highly recommend reading it to understand the depth of his commitment and compassion. I am immensely grateful for his representation and highly recommend Todd Kelly for anyone seeking a compassionate and highly skilled attorney.

Todd was knowledgable, sensitive and dedicated to fighting for justice in my non-traditional case. I was a victim of sexual assault by my pastor and when the criminal justice system failed me, the civil justice system gave me an opportunity to obtain some semblance of justice. My case was initially taken on pro bono by the Law Offices of Komie and Morrow and they enlisted Todd Kelly because of his passion and expertise with somewhat similar cases. My case was a bit atypical, but despite this, Todd and his team were extensively knowledgeable throughout every stage of the process. In addition to Todd and his team's professional approach throughout my nearly 3-year-long case, Todd's empathy and sensitivity in particularly emotionally delicate situations was notable. As a victim dealing with post-traumatic stress disorder along with other struggles that often accompany recovery after the trauma I endured, I was very thankful for the way in which I was treated throughout the process -- especially when the process was triggering etc. Another strong point of Todd's was his obvious dedication to justice. It was clear that he cared about the case and that although it was business, it obviously meant more to him than business. This very much helped my confidence in his commitment to obtaining the most positive outcome out of a very negative situation. I am very thankful that Todd was able to help me and the other victims who also had cases against this church/pastor to settle prior to trial. Although I firmly believe Todd would have excelled in trial, I am thankful that I did not have to endure the retraumatization that a trial would have surely subjected me to. I believe that Todd was exactly the right person to help bring about a small amount of justice for my situation.

4 Questions Answered
Q. Do I have a case? I suffered a miscarriage; my healthcare provider refused to provide me with accommodation.
A: It is unlikely that you have a medical malpractice case. However, you may have an employment discrimination case. I do not do that type of case, but would be happy to refer you to a colleague.
Q. ConsumerAttyCase? 4 Brand new wheels & tires bought & installed 1hr later had blowout wrecked car sustained back injury
A: It certainly sounds like you have a valid claim against either Discount Tire, the tire manufacturer, or both. The real question in my mind is whether there were significant injuries from the crash, as these can be expensive cases to pursue.
Q. Can I sue my former employer for work-related injury and also I was never terminated, just left hanging
A: You may have a claim against your employer (if they did not carry workers' compensation coverage) as a non-subscriber. Additionally, depending upon the use of the equipment, you may have a products claim against the company that manufactured the trash bucket. Please feel free to contact my office at 512-823-2237. You can speak with me (if I am available), or any one of my staff.
