- Q. Got a ticket citing careless driving. Cops said it will be 2 points. Should I go to court to fight it?
- A: Careless driving shows bad for insurance purposes. Yes, 2 points are bad, but a kicker to your insurance premiums for several years could cost you a lot more. You should absolutely contest the ticket.
- Q. I got stopped for suspended license, but hadn't received notice yet (notice was prepared the same day I was stopped)
- A: The offer does not sound bad but I don't know if the MVC ever sent a proposed order of suspension. I would have to know a little more.
