Full Dismissal of all Tickets Working with Todd was such a pleasure. He was confident from the beginning after I relayed to him all the facts of my case that he could get the charges down to a small fine. He gave me all the reassurance and kept me up to date on the status of my case. At the end, he managed to get all tickets dismissed and the result was even better than I had hoped for! Would definitely recommend working with him.

Great Service...Great Outcome!!!! Mr Palumbo took care of a traffic stop gone wrong....... He was able to mitigate a very bad situation. He was attentive, able to answer every and all of my questions and did exactly what he said he would do. No promises were made, however, he knew how to handle the situation and handled very well. I would recommend him any day of the week and twice on Sunday.

2 Questions Answered
Q. Got a ticket citing careless driving. Cops said it will be 2 points. Should I go to court to fight it?
A: Careless driving shows bad for insurance purposes. Yes, 2 points are bad, but a kicker to your insurance premiums for several years could cost you a lot more. You should absolutely contest the ticket.
Q. I got stopped for suspended license, but hadn't received notice yet (notice was prepared the same day I was stopped)
A: The offer does not sound bad but I don't know if the MVC ever sent a proposed order of suspension. I would have to know a little more.
