Susan Mitchell
Susan began practicing in 2002 and became Managing Partner in 2018.
Susan provides legal services in Northern Ontario as well as Eastern Ontario. Working primarily in the Ottawa office, but also travelling to the law firms other locations in Arnprior, Cornwall, North Bay, and Kingston as needed to meet with clients on personal injury matters.
Susan began practicing in 2002 and has been a Partner at Tierney Stauffer LLP since 2007, and became Managing Partner in 2018. Susan practices civil litigation, focusing on personal injury law, medical malpractice, and insurance law.
Susan is an active member of the County of Carleton Law Association (CCLA), the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association (OTLA), The Advocates’ Society, and the Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry Law Association (SDGLA).
In addition to providing legal services to clients through Tierney Stauffer LLP offices in Cornwall, Kingston, Arnprior and Ottawa, Susan provides services to clients in North Bay, Sudbury, New Liskeard and surrounding areas.
