Doctor Fauci did not prescribe the medication nor administer it to your dad. Kidney problems are a known side effect of Remdesivir.
So I have a question: Why would you think you have any standing to sue Doctor Fauci? Who told you Fauci was somehow responsible for anything that happened to your dad.

So ask yourself, who would you report it to, and what action might they be able to take? Then ask, why? The nurse has been a nurse for 25 years with only two errors. You have already spoken to the principal. In my mind, and I have been a lawyer for 44 years and I have sued over 1,000 times, but this is not a situation where I would recommend you do anything else.
