I joined the Law Offices of Russo & Prince in January of 2004, because I knew that I wanted to practice family law. This firm has been a perfect fit for me. I have dedicated the entirety of my practice to assisting my clients in the various areas of Family Law. This includes divorce (dissolution of marriage), legal separation, child and spousal support, child custody, mediation, paternity & parentage disputes, domestic violence restraining orders, grandparent visitation, property division, requests for attorney fees, judgment enforcement, retirement division, post-judgment modifications, requests to move-away with a child, and collaborative law. I also have extensive experience successfully representing clients in guardianship cases, step-parent adoptions, complex parentage and/or paternity cases, as well as successfully establishing legal parenting rights for non-biological parents and same-sex couples.
