The Worst Possible Attorney yet! I hired Justin after I had my pervious attorney's fail to represent me in my High Conflict Divorce Case. After the consultation with Justin he talked about wanting to help me in my divorce case and filing suit against my former representation. I gave him $10,000 as the retainer and the issues started soon after. Basically I had seen what game that they were playing and it is heartbreaking because at the time I was very sick with a disease that had been attacking my mind while my ex and his counsel were taking everything from me, my life depended on the help of my attorney to do his job and that did not happen. Justin did nothing for me but fail to abide by any client/ attorney relationship and failed to act in my best interest. He actually was around when I was hospitalized and my animals were diagnosed with issues that had been caused by the severe distress we have been under since filing for the divorce. My home I was watching deteriorate from a natural spring and I need a new foundation but I had to pay Justin instead to complete screw me over and while he took a vacation I was looking for a place to go so that my dog and I would not have to rush to the emergency room because of issues at my home making us ill. When I asked Justin to file emergency hearings he refused and ignored my request. He told me many times that if I did not want to do things his way then he would file to be released from representing me. Justin took my money knowing that I had no more to hire another lawyer to help me and showed no remorse when he abandoned me after asking for more money while he had done nothing for me so far. Justin filed my suit with my pervious attorney but then did not follow through with his representation and made things much worse for me when he failed to do his job by failing to file court documents in the case. Justin pushed a hearing date months out after knowing the severity of needing that hearing. Justin would not inform me about my case and made conflicting statements about questions I had asked. Justin would set up appointments for us to talk and inform me that he had set aside the whole day and then only give me 15 minutes to talk. Justin knew the fraud that opposing counsel had done and instead of making it known, Justin kept it unknown to the courts and has earned the worst attorney award in my book. Justin had seen the devastating effects that were going on and the fact that he could take my money and walk away knowing the outcome for me and that he took the last of the available cash I had is completely disgusting and very sad. Please save yourself the loss that Justin can do for you without a care.
