Seth Mark Shapiro

Seth Shapiro is a partner of Morris Law Firm, P.A. Mr. Shapiro represents clients throughout the Tampa Bay area who have felony or misdemeanor criminal offenses. Mr. Shapiro concentrates part of his practice on Domestic Violence cases, Drug Possession cases, and Theft crimes. Mr. Shapiro also handles sealing and expungement of criminal cases and traffic offenses for clients in the Tampa Bay area.

Mr. Shapiro also focuses a portion of his practice on white collar cases. Mr. Shapiro’s combination of a solid legal foundation with extensive business experience allows him to address complex white collar criminal cases. Mr. Shapiro understands the intricacies of small business and corporate finance and operations that enables him to negotiate the best possible results for clients facing white collar criminal charges.

Mr. Shapiro takes a detailed and thorough approach with each of his client’s cases. Mr. Shapiro believes that a combination of understanding the details of the case and the client along with an academic application of the law produces the best possible results.

Mr. Shapiro was awarded an academic scholarship while attending Stetson Law, and was also selected to the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society.
