- Activities: Scott is a member of The Missouri Bar, the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, the Federalist Society, and the Defense Research Institute, and is a lifetime member of the KU Alumni Foundation. Scott also serves on the board of directors for DIFFA (Design Industries Foundation Fighting AIDS) of Kansas City, a non-profit organization supporting the prevention of HIV and AIDS by funding education and awareness programs in Greater Kansas City.
