Sandee Smordin

Sandee has practiced Criminal Defence Law in Hamilton since 2003 as both a criminal defence lawyer and as a drug prosecutor for the Public Prosecution Service of Canada. In 2010, she founded Smordin Law a firm that specializes in criminal defence law, mental health law, highway traffic and provincial offenses. Sandee regularly before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice for jury trials and before the Ontario Court of Justice. Sandee was born in Saskatchewan and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba. She received her B.Sc. (honours) in Biology and Genetics at the University of Winnipeg and her LL.B from the University of Saskatchewan. In line with her competitive spirit she competes regularly in off road trail racing for recreation and charity. She has traveled all over southern Ontario and as far as Quebec to compete.
