3 Questions Answered

- A: Unfortunately, you have no leverage, because there is not any money in escrow. You should probably speak to a lawyer and move forward with eviction or whatever that lawyer suggests.
- Q. Can I sue the other driver of a car that hit mine?
- A: Depending on how long ago this was, you probably can bring a lawsuit. I would suggest speaking with a lawyer that handles car crash cases.
- Q. I need help with my injury case that was poorly mismanaged.
