Ryan Walsh

I graduated from Emory Law School in May 2007 and became a licensed lawyer in Georgia in November 2007. I immediately began practice at one of the larger personal injury firms in Atlanta, handling auto accident, motorcycle accident, and truck accident claims along with slip and fall cases. In March of 2013 I decided I wanted a different experience, one that focused more on in court activities. I began working at W. Scott Smith, PC an Atlanta based criminal defense firm handling traffic tickets, misdemeanors, and felonies throughout the state of Georgia.

In 2014 and 2015 I was part of the team that went to trial in Fulton County defending the Atlanta Public Schools teachers charged with cheating on the CRCT test. The last few years I have focused mainly on misdemeanor and felony cases while also being my former firm's primary point person in the City of Atlanta Municipal Court.
