- Spent fresman year at Lehigh, then transferred to Worcesster Polytechnic Institute, for second year, first semester. Thereafter I worked as an Electrician in Local#3 of New York City for one semester, while I studied Russian at Nassau Community College. In Sept. of 1964 I transferred, out of engineering, to Ithaca College,. studying Government and International Relations and graduating in 1967 with a B.A., Cum Laude.
