Attentive, Personable and Amazing Lawyer All Around From the first day I spoke to Reza, I knew that he was different than any of the other attorneys I had been considering taking on my case. Great legal service in a car-pedestrian accident For the past four and a half years, I worked with Mr. Reza Breakstone to obtain compensation for a car accident I was involved in as a pedestrian. I reached out to him soon after the accident, and he immediately got to work. We had several meetings where we discussed the accident, the legal process, and what I needed to do. He was always compassionate and determined to provide me with the best legal support. Soon after the accident, we started collecting all the necessary documents, and we did the depositions. Throughout the process, Mr. Breakstone would contact me to update me on how everything was moving. As we prepared to finalize the case, COVID hit, and everything had to be postponed by two years. Throughout this time, Mr. Breakstone tried to settle the case, always kept me in the loop, and my opinion mattered. Even when the case was settled, Mr. Breakstone kept pushing to ensure I would get the most compensation possible. Reza joined Breakstone, White & Gluck as an associate in 2015. Reza has earned a reputation as a tough and tenacious litigator helping both individuals who have been personally injured and burgeoning companies who have had insurance and contract disputes.

In his time at Breakstone, White & Gluck, Reza has successfully fought for clients in numerous circumstances where liability has been denied and insurance companies have refused to accept responsibility for their insured’s negligence.

After law school, Reza joined the Boston office of Mintz Levin, where his practice encompassed complex business litigation, federal antitrust defense, and securities litigation.

While at Mintz Levin, Reza received a fellowship to serve as an Assistant District Attorney with the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office, working out of the West Roxbury Division of the Boston Municipal Court. In this year-long fellowship position, he prosecuted a wide range of criminal offenses and gained valuable in-court and trial experience having tried seventeen cases before a judge or jury, and securing convictions in a majority of his trials before a jury.
