Insurance Claim Rabih Hamawi was compassionate and effective in handling my life insurance claim, when my claim faced delays and potential denial. The attention to detail and empathy made a difficult time somewhat easier. Mr. Hamawi is very knowledgeable and very responsive, he explained the process from the very beginning, no surprises. The attention to detail and documentation was remarkable. I would definitely refer Mr. Hamawi to anyone fighting with insurance companies to receive full compensation. Thank you so much for the positive outcome, your efforts are appreciated.

Personal injury I had a great experience with Mr. Hamawi while dealing with my motor vehicle accident case, when I was a pedistarian. From the very beginning until the settlement, Mr. Hamawi was exceptionally clear in explaining each step of the process, ensuring I understood what needed to be done. Communication was always easy, and I truly appreciated how approachable and supportive he was throughout. His support made a challenging situation much easier to navigate. Overall, I am very happy with my experience and highly recommend Mr. Hamawi and his team.

Legal Answers
2 Questions Answered
Q. Life insurance claim issues after brother's death in MI; company requests medical access.
A: If the policy was issued in Michigan, or the decedent resided in Michigan when he purchased the policy, then you should consult a lawyer in Michigan.
Q. Can an insurance adjuster deny paying a claim after their remediation company demo'd 3 rooms of our house?
A: There is not enough information in the fact pattern to fully answer this question. Generally, an insurer may not engage in major demo work without obtaining written permission from the insured unless there is a specific reason (like an emergency) for it. Further, an insurer must have proof to deny a claim on the basis of long term seepage or leakage which has occured over a period of "weeks, months, or years." So we need more information to evaluate the basis of the denial. Please feel free to call the office with any further questions. RH
