Attorney Peter Kyung is a native Sacramentan whose purpose is to serve the Sacramento immigrant community with compassion and a heart of service. He has extensive experience in immigration related matters. Mr. Kyung has a staggeringly high success rate and has represented hundreds of individuals obtain their immigration benefits, including U-Visas, Green Cards, Asylum, Naturalization, and Deferred Action. His goals are to go above and beyond client expectations; often over-delivering by completing tasks efficiently and with an attention to detail. Most notably, his clients have expressed on numerous occasions that he keeps them informed and responds to inquiries within an hour and, at times, within minutes of receiving any questions related to their case.
