Paul's practice focuses on drafting and prosecuting domestic and foreign patent applications. Paul's work has focused on patent applications directed to a variety of engineering technologies, including those related to mechanical systems, medical devices, electronic components and subsystems, computer software and systems, telecommunication systems, satellite and cable television systems as well as business methods. In addition, Paul has participated in client counseling, opinion drafting, and due diligence for corporate transactions.
