Paul Dumbravanu

I am an 18-year "veteran" in real estate law in Romania. As the head of the Paul Dumbravanu Law Firm, I lead a team of highly experienced attorneys that provide comprehensive legal services such as consulting, litigation, and negotiation. Over the years, our firm has handled over 500 annual cases related to real estate. We are also affiliated with UK-based Judicare Law International, which specializes in international property-based issues.

As an Honorary Member of the National Union of Bar Associations (UNBR) since 2015 and an International Lawyer Member of the American Bar Association - ABA, I'm often invited to national television channels to share my expertise on real estate matters.

In 2018, I initiated the Imo Protect movement which resulted in two essential laws currently in Romanian parliament debate: The Real Estate Developers Act and The law for the Regulation of Real Estate Agents, Property Brokers and Property Consultants. Through my 18 years of experience combined with my involvement in improving the real estate legislation in Romania, I am able to provide my clients with both personal and business advice regarding property investments.

I was a Member of Parliament in Romania from 2012-2016 and held positions such as Vice Chairperson on the Committee for the Investigation of Abuses and Corrupt Practice and Secretary on the Committee for Urbanism and Real Estate Development. My professional experience is bolstered by my graduate degree in National Security and Good Governance from the Carol I National Defense University in Bucharest.
