Biography

I am Pamela Cordova Papasov, the Managing Attorney at Papasov Law Group, PLLC. My legal practice is dedicated to representing plaintiffs across various general liability areas, including automobile accidents, premises liability, catastrophic and personal injury, wrongful death, and complex civil litigation. I bring a diverse experience and a comprehensive background in both general and complex civil litigation.

I moved to the United States at the age of 10 and later graduated as Valedictorian from Leto High School in Tampa. I then earned my bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame. (Go Irish! )

My legal career began in a well-respected local plaintiff’s personal injury law firm, where I spent nearly a decade. I started as a case manager, progressed to a paralegal, and eventually became the firm’s Legal Director. In this role, I supervised all cases related to catastrophic injury, auto accidents, premise liability, wrongful death, and mass torts.

During my time in law school, I sharpened my legal writing and oral advocacy skills through an internship in the Appellate Division of the United States Attorney’s Office.

After graduating from Stetson University College of Law, I served as the Grassroots Director for Ashley Moody's successful campaign for Florida’s Attorney General. In this capacity, I traveled extensively throughout the state, meeting with people and elected officials to garner support and build coalitions that promoted the General’s message and objectives.

Following the campaign, I worked as an Assistant Attorney General, where I handled appeals and argued cases before Florida’s Second District Court of Appeals.

I also gained experience at the nation's largest Plaintiff’s firm, dealing with complex litigation matters in both State and Federal Courts. Most recently, before founding Papasov Law Group, I defended personal injury and negligence-based actions.
