Biography

Omid Rejali comes from a very dynamic background. As a first generation child of family of immigrants he spent 10 years of his life growing up in Tehran.

Living in a third world country has given Omid the ability to appreciate the legal rights our wonderful but not perfect justice system has to offer.

Omid has a passion for the court room and believes that every individual's rights should be fully vindicated no matter what the circumstances are.

His struggles while growing up have made him a very strong person who is able to overcome anything that stands in his way.

He is a staunch believer in government transparency and making sure each and every one of his clients' rights are fully vindicated.

Since he established the Rejali Law Firm, APC in 2014 through hard work, focus and perseverance his firm has been able to recover over $20,000,000 in settlements, judgments and verdicts for its clients.

Omid is fluent in Farsi.

Q. Thank you for the answer to my question, but what would an intentional tort be?
A: Torts are categorized by different mental states. Primarily they are either intentional, such as an assault or a battery, or they can be premised on negligence (a reasonable person standard).

An intentional tort as opposed to a tort that is based on negligence is a tort that requires a higher mental state (i.e. intent). If someone punches you in the face without any provocation, their conduct would be considered intentional.

Hope this helps.
Q. She had been I contempt of court for about 10 months after the signed agreement in mediation.
A: You have not provided enough information to provide you with a meaningful response. If the case had been in litigation and a stipulated judgment was entered with CCP 664 language, which allows to retain jurisdiction on the case you could have some recourse. Without knowing all the important facts it would be difficult to provide a response.

Good luck to you.
Q. I blew a 0.09 and got a dui what are the chances of me getting it reduced to a wet and reckless im in nursing school and
A: Did you blow a 0.09 on the PAS device? (Preliminary Alcohol Screening). Why were you pulled over? There are many questions that a qualified attorney would need to speak to you and ask you about to evaluate your case further. It is definitely worth contacting an attorney and speaking with them over the phone as this is not the proper forum to discuss those types of things.
