Professional and Compassionate Months after an injury that just would not heal, I contacted Attorney Neil Nicholson, for some clarity and guidance. From our very first meeting I knew I had contacted the right person. Clarity about the process and honesty and integrity are what I got from Attorney Nicholson. He clearly explained the process, the options and what the litigation would be like. Both Attorney Nicholson and paralegal Brittany Donovan kept me up-to-date, patiently explained answers to my many questions, and responded quickly to all of my concerns. I would have considered all of that to have been enough and great service, but it didn’t stop there. In every communication with them, their sincere compassion and integrity shone through, and the peace of mind this gave me is what I feel makes them top-notch. I would not hesitate to recommend Attorney Neil Nicholson and his firm to family, friends or anyone needing legal representation. In my opinion, they are the best.

At every turn he clearly explained all my options and the pros and cons of each. He was very attentive to all matters concerning my case. The staff is excellent and supportive. I would engage him again should the need arise and do not hesitate to recommend him.

Q. For a minor dog bite in New Hampshire how do I go about filing a lawsuit? I did go to the hospital
A: The process to file a lawsuit in NH can be found by looking at the NH Judicial Branch website. The rules in Superior Court can be found here: https://www.courts.state.nh.us/rules/supercr-new/index-new.htm

NH dog bite law is favorable towards victims. The facts you provide support that you have a viable damages claim and your recovery could depend on whether or not the dog owner has recoverable assets or insurance to cover yoru claim and your daughter's claim.
Q. I live in NH in an auto accident other party 100% responsible do I take the med pay or will it stop med expense
A: Yes, use the $1,000 medical payments coverage check for your co-pays and other out-of-pocket medical expenses. THis $1,000 is from your own insurance company. You paid the premiums to receive the benefits of this coverage under your policy. You will still be able to pursue a bodily injury liability claim against the at-fault party's car insurance to recover the reasonable value of your past and future medical expenses.
