This attorney was able to procure what I viewed as favorable settlements for several clients I referred his way. Even when he was unable to take a case, he was able to give clients thoughtful feedback and careful help in evaluating their cases.

Neil Nicholson is an attorney I became friends with through our love of hockey. Over the years, I have been able to see him work, seen his work product, and have tremendous faith in his capabilities.

Q. In the cases you were involved in with this attorney, which of the following apply?

I represented a group of heirs in a probate case. Neil represented the Estate. We worked very well together, and achieved a great result for our clients.

The probate litigation case is still ongoing, and began 2018. I refer medical malpractice, real estate litigation, probate litigation and personal injury cases to Neil. He has received very good reviews from all clients I have sent him.

Neil is smart, thorough, prepared, and is honest. He is an effective oral advocate, and an exceptional writer. I would trust Neil to review my own legal proceedings, and often call him to discuss issues I have on my various cases.

Neil's one of the better probate litigators in the area, and an exceptional personal injury attorney. He is practical, understands risk, and is not afraid to try a case. He is smart, dedicated, and works hard to get the right answers.

Legal Analysis: Excellent

He is practical in his approach, and understands the dynamics of risk when it comes to trial. He often will ask colleagues and others regarding his own cases to test his own theories, and is not afraid to be flexible in his approaches. He is very good at analyzing any particular case and applying it to the law.

Communication Skills: Excellent

He is an exceptional writer and communicator. He is proficient in his writing skills, but more importantly knows how to communicate with his clients in a way they will understand. This is an extremely underrated skill, and he has it.

Ethics and Professionalism: Excellent

Simply put, he is one of the most trustworthy attorneys in the State. If I had any legal issues, I would immediately seek out Neil.
