I educate and advise clients on the design, documentation, implementation, administration, communication and compliance of executive compensation, equity compensation, qualified and nonqualified plans, defered compensation, health and welfare, and fringe benefit programs; as well as compensation and benefits issues in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures and financial transactions.
