Jose Perez in the Florida Supreme Court addressing the issue of Strict Liability and Product Liability. This precedent setting case involved the award of a $1.7 million dollar verdict obtained by the Firm in the Trial Court for Mr. Perez as a result of injuries he sustained due to a defective scissor lift.
