Michael Anthony Langella
Michael A. Langella joined Bradley Law Personal Injury Lawyers and focuses his practice on personal injury. His dedication to accident victims coupled with his knowledge of defense practices has led to hundreds of settlements.
Before joining Bradley Law Personal Injury Lawyer, Michael spent over two years with another law firm and obtained $1,000,000 in attorneys’ fees that he worked to settle. That means more than 100 cases per year. And before becoming an injury attorney, Michael spent his first four years of practice representing insurance companies and corporations. He has extensive experience in accident cases, product liability, premises liability, and wrongful death lawsuits.
Michael also has extensive experience in nursing home litigation, insurance coverage, transportation defense, construction litigation, landlord/tenant litigation, claims for violation of Missouri Sunshine Law, and discrimination claims before the Missouri Commission on Human Rights. He has successfully represented clients in Missouri, Illinois, United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois, and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
In his free time, Michael enjoys spending time with his family and cheering on the New York Yankees and New York Islanders.
