Matt is a former colleague of mine, but is now a fellow lawyer in the community. Matt is an great listener and an exceedingly diligent litigator. I always knew that when I asked him for assistance, I could let him handle the project and deliver on-time. Throughout my time working with Mr. Nowicki, he comported himself with rules of ethics, identified ethical issues when they arose, and was diligent about avoiding or addressing those ethical problems. I would gladly work with Mr. Nowicki again.
