Matthew Johnson
Matt's practice focuses on business, real estate law, probate, and estate planning. Before joining West & West, Greer & Estorga, Matt served as a general counsel in the healthcare industry in San Antonio. Matt has experience with negotiating and drafting contracts, corporate governance, company operating agreements, business sale and purchase agreements, residential and commercial real estate transactions, and probate and estate planning documents.
Matt understands how the law and business interact and can complement one another. This understanding is what guides Matt's approach in helping clients navigate legal requirements and obligations in a way that helps them move closer to achieving their business goals.
