- Prior to joining Ropes and Gray, Matthew worked at The MITRE Corporation through Cornell University's co-op program. During his two separate assignments at MITRE, Matthew gained experience in IT enterprise system design, as well as telecommunications system design. In the latter, Matthew helped to construct an interference cancellation based multiuser detection system. In addition, under the guidance of Hod Lipson at the Cornell Computational Synthesis Lab, Matthew conducted research in using microcontrollers for applications in evolutionary robotics.
