- Activities: Marylee is a member of John Marshall Law School’s Intellectual Property Law Advisory Board and was a member of Columbia Engineering School’s Engineering Council. Marylee was a member of the Committee on Internet Searching and the Domain Name System of the National Academy of Sciences’ Computer Science and Telecommunications Board that published the “Signposts in Cyberspace: The Domain Name System and Internet Navigation” report.

- Activities: Marylee is involved in a variety of professional associations and organizations. She is an active member of the American Bar Association having served as a member of the ABA Standing Committee on Technology and Information Systems and is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation. Marylee is serving a second term as a member of the ABA Section of Intellectual Property Law’s Council and is the Section’s co-chairperson of its Annual Meeting to be held in New York City from August 7-10, 2008. Marylee was the Section's representative to the Intellectual Property Constituency of the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN). She has previously been the section’s Division VII chair (Information Technology) and was former chairperson of the section’s Special Committee on Trademarks and the Internet. Marylee has been a council member and director of the ABA Young Lawyers Division. She has been a member of the International Trademark Association’s Internet Committee as well as many other INTA committees over the past several years. Marylee is a past president of the New York Intellectual Property Law Association and was the Association’s treasurer and a member of its Board of Directors. She serves as a domain name panelist to the World Intellectual Property Organization Arbitration and Mediation Center.
