For over 20 years, Mark has practiced in the areas of probate administration, estate planning, guardianship and elder law. Through his career, he has helped those clients who have the need for estate plans with very little or no assets but important goals to be accomplished for their loved ones and estate plans for clients with large financial estates with the need to protect their assets and plan for their loved ones financial care in the future. Mark has assisted those clients with the need for navigating through the probate and guardianship process at a time of loss and need with the utmost of professionalism and compassion.
Mark has lectured on legal ethics and substantive areas of the law at continuing legal education programs sponsored by voluntary bar associations and private law firms, as well as seminars on estate planning, from the simple estate up to the most complex with asset protection needs and elder law issues.
