Maria Gomez is an Associate Attorney at Jacoby & Meyers.
Maria graduated from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California and was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2013. Maria has always been motivated to help people, especially those who have been wrongfully harmed. Maria first discovered her calling for personal injury during a law school internship with a firm in San Diego. Since then and throughout her career, Maria has focused her practice on representing injured victims against insurance companies and corporations. Now at Jacoby & Meyers, Maria specializes in advocating for clients who have sustained catastrophic injuries due to the negligence of another.
Maria is currently a member of the State Bar of California, Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, and Consumer Attorneys of San Diego.
In her free time, Maria enjoys outdoor activities, such as visiting National Parks, hiking, running 5k and 10k marathons, and spending time with her family, friends and dog, Stella.
Under her belt is a 5.5 million dollar verdict that landed one of Los Angeles top 10 personal injury settlements in 2019.
