Lindsay R. McKasson

Lindsay R. McKasson is a Constitutional and Commercial litigation lawyer at Binnall Law Group. She is a graduate of the University of San Francisco School of Law and member of the California and D.C. Bar Associations. Lindsay has successfully argued at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and previously had the highest maritime verdict in California in 2016. Lindsay currently practices Constitutional litigation, including Title IX, free speech, and section 1983 cases, as well as Commercial litigation.
