Q. Can a judge require me to sign a quick claim deed with no legal standings.
A: The judge must have issued an order. It does not seem that you understand the process well. You should hire an attorney to review your documents and tell you what is really going on.
Q. My father recently passed away after a 3 weeks in the hospital. During that time, the hospital tried to get him approved
A: What is your question? hospital tried to get him approved for what?
Q. Am I legally bound to use a roofing company that got money for our hurricane loss through a public adjuster?
A: If the proposal did not turn into a contract in anyway, you owe them no duty to perform, i.e, to hire them. Anyway, you need to read the proposal carefully or hire an attorney to review it to know for sure what your obligation is.
