Liam Roth

Liam Roth founded Your Contract Lawyer in 2008 after practicing at the prestigious national law firms of Davis Wright Tremaine (Los Angeles), and Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC (New York City). An inquisitive legal mind, Liam looks to push the boundaries of today’s legal environment; it was his experience working at these large firms that led him to search for new, more client-oriented and efficient ways to deliver legal services. It was with this goal in mind that he founded Your Contract Lawyer. A graduate of Georgetown University, Liam earned his law degree from Wake Forest University Law School and Loyola Law School. At Wake Forest, he served on Law Review and published an award-winning legal study. He is a member of the California State Bar Association. At Your Contract Lawyer, we offer quality, highly-customized legal services to meet the specific needs of each client. By limiting our work to drafting and reviewing documents — as well as offering related legal advice — we are able to provide these customized services at a low, flat price. Our goal is to demystify legal documents and processes for everyday people, providing personalized solutions to empower clients to navigate their own legal situations.
